Valeska R. has been in the Human Resources field since 2014. Valeska began their career as a Praktikant im Personalwesen at P3 in 2014, then Detlev Louis Motorrad-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH in 2015, and Schneider Versand in 2018. In 2020, they returned to Schneider Versand as an HR Specialist. In 2019, Valeska moved to Unilever where they held the roles of HR Partner and Human Resources. Currently, they are employed at Kubermatic as an HR & Sales Operations Manager and HR Operations.

Valeska R. is currently enrolled in a Master in Teilzeit program at IU International University of Applied Sciences, which they began in 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor in Recht-Wirtschaft-Personal from Universität Greifswald in 2019. In 2015, Valeska obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) (C1) from EF International Language Campuses. Additionally, Valeska has obtained certifications from GFN AG, SAP, EF Education First, and the University of Cambridge.
