Kristy Kapsner

Kristy Kapsner is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of IT and NetSuite Administrator at Kurz Industrial Solutions since December 2020, Kristy has expertise in managing IT systems and operations. Previously, Kristy worked at MOTOALLIANCE, INC from September 2004 to December 2020 as Operations Manager and NetSuite Administrator, focusing on data management and process improvement during a transition to new ownership. Kristy's entrepreneurial experience includes co-owning an eCommerce business specializing in aftermarket accessories for powersports and developing multiple brands in the same sector. Earlier career positions include Business Consultant and IT Business Analyst at Cargill, as well as Staff Programmer at Accenture, with significant contributions to risk management systems and donor-recipient matching software. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bethel University, obtained in 1991.
