Prior to Kustom US, Katie worked at Children First in accounts payable from February 2018 to August 2019 and spent several years at Orchid Medical in multiple roles, including Intake Supervisor and Receptionist, from 2010 to February 2018. Additionally, Katie was an MIBC Instructor at Everest University in 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field and an Associate of Science in Medical Insurance Billing & Coding from Everest University-South Orlando.
