Asher Ball

Asher Ball is a Partner at Kutak Rock, based in the national headquarters in Omaha while working from Asheville, North Carolina, since August 2013. Ball specializes in the affordable housing tax credit industry, primarily representing tax credit investors and syndicators on equity aspects of lower-tier investments. With extensive experience in corporate and real estate finance, Asher handles projects ranging from large-scale developments to rural multifamily housing. Previous roles include Associate Attorney and Senior Certified Law Clerk, where Ball provided legal memoranda, drafted legal documents, and represented clients in various legal matters. Asher Ball holds a Juris Doctor with high distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law and degrees in Journalism, News-Editorial, English, and History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
