Hilary Jackler

Hilary Jackler is the Vice Chair and a Partner at Kutak Rock, located in the firm's Washington, DC office, where the focus is on representing federal agencies, state and local governments, and schools in public-private partnership projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Extern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security during the Hurricane Katrina Response Task Force, and working as an Intern/Summer Associate at Clark & Weinstock, assisting clients across various industries. Additionally, Hilary interned in the Office of Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen, conducting legislative research and tracking bills related to significant national events. Hilary holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
