Mike Lazelle is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Kwetta since July 2021. With extensive experience as a Project Manager for grid connections and generation at Todd Corporation, Mike has successfully negotiated approvals for solar generator projects of up to 500MW. Prior roles include Programme Manager at Powerco, where responsibilities encompassed business change management and innovation, as well as PMO/Programme Manager at Rising Edge Group, focusing on project governance for power generation and high-voltage transmission across North America. Mike also held project management positions at SNC-Lavalin and Ventia, overseeing significant EPC HV transmission and substations projects. Mike began the professional journey as a Graduate Engineer at Transpower after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
