James Rutledge

Jamie Rutledge is the President of Kyndryl U.S. He has 25+ years of operating experience in the technology sector, serving customers across various industries worldwide.

Jamie is committed to delivering the Kyndryl brand promise helping customers accelerate their strategy. His management philosophy prioritizes innovation and skills, placing the customer experience at the core of his team's operations.

Prior to his current position, Jamie served as the Global Leader of Kyndryl Delivery, where he was instrumental to the development of Kyndryl Bridge, the Company’s AI-enabled operating platform. As part of the Company’s 3A’s strategy, Rutledge successfully led the Advanced Delivery initiative, substantially growing the adoption of Kyndryl Bridge and its use of GenAI and Agentic AI, delivering new value for customers.

Before working at Kyndryl, Jamie had a long tenure with IBM, where he held various senior leadership positions. He has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in eight countries.

Jamie holds an engineering degree and an MBA. He resides with his family in the Washington, D.C. area.
