Tory Davidson

Tory Davidson currently serves as Associate Director of Corporate Communications at Kyndryl, where project management of the company's first Corporate Citizenship (ESG) Report earned recognition from the CEO. Previous roles include Executive Communications Manager at Equitech Futures and Community Manager for Global UX Operations at Indeed.com, where responsibilities involved managing multiple internal communication channels for over 600 employees. At Morningstar, as Senior Manager of Employee Communications, Tory led the communication strategies for Corporate Sustainability Reports and played a pivotal role during the COVID-19 pandemic, garnering two prestigious awards. Additional experience includes community engagement at Storycatchers Theatre, production management at South Coast Repertory, and international work as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow with a focus on theatre in displaced communities. Tory holds a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College and completed a Women in Tech Leadership Accelerator program.
