Natalie Cumberbatch has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Since 2019, Natalie has been serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. Here, they lead organizational-wide HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, DEI, and total rewards. Natalie also acts as a chief HR Business Partner for the executive team and serves as a key advisor in setting strategic direction.

Natalie Cumberbatch, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP (She/Her) holds a Master of Science degree in HR Management and Development with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness from New York University. Natalie completed their graduate studies from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Natalie has earned professional certifications including the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
