Alyssa Fleischman

Alyssa Fleischman is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at L.E.K. Consulting since September 2022, Alyssa previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Hilton Boston Logan Airport, managing employee leave and supporting labor investigations. At Morgan Stanley, Alyssa advanced from Campus Recruiter to Campus Recruiting Coordinator, overseeing full-cycle recruitment and developing programs for diversity and professional development.
