Rhonda Hamel

Rhonda Hamel, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and organizational management. Currently serving as IS Sr. Project Manager at L.L.Bean since November 2018, Rhonda leads cross-functional and high-risk initiatives for the Infrastructure Department. Previously, Rhonda held roles at Randstad Technologies US as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure and at Dougherty Project Management as a Senior Project Manager, both focusing on outsourced projects for L.L.Bean. Rhonda's career began at Androscoggin Bank, where responsibilities included Vice President, Project Manager/Security Officer, and Facilities Manager, managing various projects across multiple bank facilities. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Husson University.
