Ryan D. has extensive experience in business development and strategic roles within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Principal of Business Development at L3Harris Technologies since October 2020, Ryan previously held significant positions at Airbus Helicopters, Inc. as Director of Strategy and Sr. Manager of Business Development from January 2016 to June 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Sales Director at Textron Aviation and various roles at Bell Flight, including Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest US and Commercial Sales Representative in Europe and Russia. Ryan began a career in aviation as a Commercial Pilot with AMR Corporation, after serving as an Air Force Officer and Operational Pilot in the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2007. Educated at the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Area Studies, Asia, and Southern Methodist University with a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, Ryan combines military discipline with advanced technical and strategic expertise.
