Celina Finckenstein

Celina Finckenstein is an accomplished design and research professional with a diverse background in various roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as Design Director - Growth Leadership and Design Lead at La Victoria Lab since October 2020, Finckenstein previously worked at Fjord as a Design Researcher following its rebranding from INSITUM, where Finckenstein also held a Consultant position. Early career experiences include roles at Ipsos Perú focused on public affairs research, and leadership at the student-led Latam Forum. Additional experience encompasses an internship with EnseñaPeru aimed at improving education, and support for the DLD conference hosted by Hubert Burda Media. Finckenstein earned a Master of Arts with Honours in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh and studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid through the ERASMUS program. Academic background includes completion of the International Baccalaureate at Munich International School.
