Kristen Whitfield

Kristen Whitfield, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Global Compensation Manager at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since August 2018, overseeing the annual merit review for over 1,000 employees and supporting international merit processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Compensation Analyst at GTB, where Kristen contributed to the development of base pay structures and led salary survey participation, and a Human Resources Analyst at Search Optics, Inc., focusing on onboarding and compensation initiatives. Earlier positions included Payroll Administrator at Giant Eagle, where Kristen managed payroll processes and employee training, and OCAN Tutor at Partners in Education.
