Rhonda Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Global Compensation at The Lubrizol Corporation since December 2021. Previously, Caldwell held managerial roles in compensation at Cleveland State University and Cuyahoga County, where responsibilities included the development and administration of compensation programs and strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
