Olivier Ducrocq is a seasoned professional in sports consultancy and management, currently serving as Managing Director of the New Zealand Sports Turf Institute since April 2018, which specializes in research, training, and advisory services for sports surfaces. Additionally, Olivier has held the position of Managing Director for Labosport Asia since November 2014, overseeing operations in multiple countries including China and India. Previous roles include General Manager of Van Leeuwen in Malaysia and General Manager at ArcelorMittal-Stainless Service Vietnam, where responsibilities encompassed management of local branches and the establishment of new facilities. Olivier's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Economics and Corporate Management from IFP School and a Master's Degree in General Engineering from ENSTA Paris.

Labosport holds the esteemed position of being a FIFA Research Institute, working closely with FIFA since the establishment of the Quality Programme for Football Turf in 2001. Recently, we have worked with FIFA on the development of the Natural Playing Surfaces (NPS) Quality Programme where we provided our technical expertise on test methods, and normative ranges for natural and hybrid. Beyond playing surfaces, Labosport actively participates in other FIFA Quality Programmes, including Goal-line Technology, Futsal Surfaces, and the Quality Programme for Football Goals. As a FIFA Research Institute, Labosport's central focus the delivery of research projects aimed at deepening the understanding of playing surfaces, both natural and synthetic, and translating this expertise into innovative test methods and standards.
