Heather LaBelle has held various roles throughout their work experience. Heather began their career at Labsphere, Inc. in 2007 as a Customer Service Manager and later became a Materials Manager. Heather then served as a Production Manager before leaving in 2013. Afterward, they worked as a Senior Planner at Alene Candles in 2013 before joining Astronics as a Supply Chain Manager in 2014. LaBelle returned to Labsphere, Inc. in 2015 and took on the role of Director of Quality. Heather then became the Director of Operations before being promoted to Vice President Operations in July 2020.
Heather LaBelle completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1993 to 1997.
