Brian Conaway

Brian Conaway is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and financial leadership, currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Lactalis American Group since August 2016, where oversight includes accounting and finance for a $1.5 billion food manufacturer. Prior to this, Brian held various senior roles at National Air Cargo, Inc. from 2001 to 2016, including Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities encompassed global financial operations and significant financial maneuvers such as securing multimillion-dollar credit and leading corporate finance team presentations. Additional leadership experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Mikey's Way Foundation and as a Board Member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western New York. Brian's early career includes positions as Accounting Manager at CTG and Auditor at PwC. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Niagara University.
