Marcin Zola currently serves as General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at LaGuardia Gateway Partners, overseeing legal affairs for the five-star LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B and the $5 billion P3 redevelopment project since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant General Counsel and Project Counsel/Sr. Counsel for Palmer Point Association & Tax District, and Real Estate Counsel for Hudson's Bay Company, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale legal real estate coordination across over 200 locations in North America. Marcin Zola has also held counsel positions at Town Sports International and gained foundational experience in real estate law as an Associate at Kaplan, Kaplan & DiTrapani LLP. Educational credentials include a B.A. in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute, a Master's degree in Strategic Affairs & Diplomacy from The Australian National University, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School.

LGP is the private organization selected by Governor Cuomo and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to rebuild and operate LaGuardia Airport's Terminal B. LaGuardia Gateway Partners is composed of Vantage Airport Group, Skanska, Meridiam, and JLC Infrastructure for development and equity investment; Skanska Walsh as the design buildjoint venture; HOK and WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff for design; and Vantage Airport Group for management of the terminal operations. LaGuardia Gateway Partners members have worked on more than 350 aviation and transportation projects globally and domestically, including international airports in New York (John F. Kennedy), Chicago, Doha, Delhi, Los Angeles, Santiago, and Nassau.
