Amy Rose

Amy Rose serves as the Group Head of Ethics & Compliance at Laing O'Rourke since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of compliance controls, overseeing risk assessments, reporting to the Group Compliance Committee, and developing compliance training for staff. Prior to this role, Amy was the Governance & Compliance Manager at Jacobs and led key tender submissions as a Bid Manager. At Bechtel Corporation, experiences include serving as an Internal Auditor, Proposal Coordinator, Joint Venture Administrator, and Contracts Specialist, conducting audits across global business units and managing various contracts. Amy holds degrees in International Management from NEOMA Business School and International Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
