Ashley Grzywa, AIA, WELL AP, LEED Green Associate, and NCARB, currently serves as Project Director at Lake|Flato Architects since September 2019. Additionally, Grzywa actively engages as a Public Speaker for Wellbeing in the Built Environment, delivering presentations on wellbeing design and related topics to various industry groups. Previous experience includes roles at Bonstra l Haresign ARCHITECTS, where significant contributions were made on multi-family and mixed-use projects, along with serving as Office Wellness Lead. Grzywa's earlier positions included Graduate Assistant at Kibel Gallery and Architectural Intern at Brummel Architectural Group. Academic qualifications include a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.
