Ian Kral

Ian Kral possesses extensive experience in human resources and workforce planning, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards & Workforce Planning at Lakehead University since June 2018. Kral has held several key positions at the university, including Acting Director of Academic Relations, Manager of Human Resources & Organizational Development, and Interim Associate Vice-President of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Kral worked as a Human Resources Officer at Lakehead Public Schools from July 2012 to June 2018. Kral holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Management Information Systems from Lakehead University.
