Lori Okamoto

Lori Okamoto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Lam Research since May 2021, Lori creates and implements governance structures while driving cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles include multiple positions at Amazon, where Lori coordinated daily operations and site goals. Additionally, experience encompasses a fellowship at the Lucas Graduate School of Business, coaching at Airborne Gymnastics, and an assistant director role at Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara, where a data-driven approach led to a significant increase in customer base. Lori holds an MBA from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
