Barb Terry is an experienced professional in project advocacy and property management, currently serving as a Project Advocate at Lamp Rynearson since August 2022. Prior to this, Barb held the position of Vice President at Alchemy Development & Robert Hancock & Co. from March 2008 to July 2022, where responsibilities included designing, budgeting, and managing construction projects for multifamily and mixed-use communities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Property Manager at Robert Hancock Co. (2004-2007), Sales at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (2002-2004), and Branch Manager at Arch Communications (1997-2001). Barb holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
