Sarah Caldwell Carter

Sarah Caldwell Carter currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lancium since November 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Sarah held various financial positions at ExxonMobil, including Functional Controller for the Lubricants Value Chain in the Americas and Senior Financial Analyst for the ExxonMobil Pipeline Company. Earlier experience includes roles as an External Auditor at ISN and a Corporate Financial Services position at ExxonMobil, along with time spent as a Congressional Intern in the Office of Senator John Cornyn. Sarah holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University, with additional education at the University of South-Eastern Norway and Texas Tech University Center in Seville, Spain.
