Emma George is an experienced professional in corporate relations and fundraising, currently serving as the Associate Director of Corporate Relations at the Land Trust Alliance since January 2021. In this role, Emma creates purpose-driven collaborations to enhance land conservation efforts nationwide. Prior to this, Emma held positions including Senior Manager of Corporate & Foundation Relations at Action for Healthy Kids, where fundraising initiatives focused on healthier schools, and Manager of Marketing & Corporate Relationships at Oceana, where collaborations with global corporations generated record revenue for ocean conservation. Earlier experience includes advancing equity in STEM education through partnerships at AAUW, as well as serving as an Investigative Journalist/Fellow at 100 Reporters. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Comparative Politics from American University.
