Currently serving as the Head of Product for Omni-Channel, Loyalty, Retail, and Data at Landmark Group since April 2014, Derrick manages a team of 20 across 10 product squads focusing on digital innovation in retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, and omni-channel experiences. Prior to Landmark Group, Derrick held key roles at ideyna as Head of Technology, where a marketplace platform was established, and at Explorer Publishing as Digital Solutions Manager, overseeing the digital department's formation. Derrick's career began at Air Arabia as Publishing Manager and included roles as Project Manager at Explorer Publishing and Co-Founder of KEG (Karama Electronic Games). Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Computing from Leeds Beckett University.
