LanDynamix
Established in 2006 by Peter Clarke, LanDynamix provides managed services in the information and communications technology environment, where our areas of specialisation are remote support and remote monitoring and management. We use these services to operate our clients’ technology for them and to enable them to focus on their businesses’ unique strengths and capacity, instead of on IT. In short, LanDynamix is able to maximise clients’ competitive advantage, while minimising down-time, risk and costs. Our client base is largely composed of growing and evolving businesses that have their own IT infrastructures and need support, or don’t employ in-house IT managers and rely on us for consulting and other services. LanDynamix has a nation-wide footprint, with headquarters in the main hubs of Johannesburg and Cape Town and long-term strategic partners in far-off locations. Our fully managed IT support services extend to clients across the continent and globally, via skilled agents and partners coordinated by our central service desk. We employ over 15 full-time staff members, each of whom is committed to our goal of serving clients with expertise, professionalism, proactivity and sincerity. At the same time, we are serious about keeping current with global technological trends. For LanDynamix and every one of our team members, the emphasis falls on real remote support, speedy turn-around times and the ability to spot, address and prevent issues before business operations are affected. Like the best teachers, we consider ourselves to be operating at our peak when our work behind the scenes is invisible and presents itself only in the achievements and savings of our clients.
