Ayse Dogan-Winter

Ayse Dogan-Winter is an experienced professional currently serving as the Commercial Team Lead at Lanes Group plc since September 2019. Previous roles include Team Leader at Thames and Cost and Planning Team Manager at Thames Water from June 2005 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of cost planners and payment coordinators to monitor budgets, costs, and income for capital programs while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Additionally, Ayse held the position of Compliance Manager, providing guidance on system efficiency and legislation, and auditing contractor activities for compliance with the New Roads and Streetworks Act. Ayse is a graduate of Dokuz Eylul University.
