Carson Burrington

Carson Burrington is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. At Lantheus, Carson served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, while also holding the position of Senior Talent Partner for Manufacturing & Tech Ops and IT organizations. Previously, Carson was the Director of Human Resources at AVROBIO, acting as the HR Business Partner and TA Leader for various departments. At Biogen, pivotal roles included TA Leader for the US Commercial organization and Principal Recruiting Partner in IT and Finance, managing teams of internal and outsourced partners. Carson's expertise is underpinned by a dual Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and History & Science from the University of Washington.
