Eric Green

Eric Green is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Since July 2017, Eric has held multiple titles at Lantheus, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, as well as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Prior to Lantheus, Eric served as a corporate partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, where responsibilities included representing clients in domestic and international transactions. Eric's earlier role as Special Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP focused on M&A deals across various countries. Eric holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, along with experience at King's College London and Lahser High School.
