Karen Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and program management across various industries, including medical devices and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Lantheus, Karen previously held senior consulting roles at Quality Support Group and Effectus. Prior to that, Karen was the Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Rentschler Biopharma SE and spent over sixteen years at Bose Corporation, where responsibilities included managing post-market surveillance and leading quality management system development for medical devices. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in program management and process engineering at EMC, Baan Midmarket Outsourcing, and PictureTel, with an educational background that includes an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
