Supushpa Kaushal

Supushpa Kaushal has extensive experience in business development within the power sector, currently serving as Head of Business Development North and Head North - Business Initiative at Larsen & Toubro since February 2016. In this role, Supushpa focuses on fostering relationships with key clients to drive business growth and leverage L&T's strengths in infrastructure development. Additionally, Supushpa holds the position of Chairman of the Economic & Taxation Cell at the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers' Association, where engagement with policymakers is prioritized to address industry concerns. Previous roles include Regional Sales Head at GE Energy Connections, Manager in the Power System Group at ABB, and various sales positions at Alstom Grid and Siemens. Supushpa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Power System from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur and an MBA in International Business from Sikkim Manipal University.
