Katarina Tesarova

Katarina Tesarova is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sustainability and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Las Vegas Sands Corp., Katarina has also held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Sustainability and Vice President for Global Sustainability within the same organization. Prior to this, Katarina held several significant roles at MGM Resorts International, including Director of Sustainable Operations, Senior Project Manager, and LEED Certification Manager. Katarina began the career in finance as the Finance Department Manager at Premier Imager Corporation, showcasing a diverse background that combines expertise in sustainability with robust operational management.
