Stepan G. started their work experience in 2015 as a Solutions Advisor/Senior Lead IT Tech at Office Depot, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as an Information Technology Service Desk employee and later transitioned to the role of System Administrator IAMS. In this role, Stepan worked with IT Security, IT Compliance, system owners, and colleagues to address audit and regulatory discrepancies and maintain compliance standards. Stepan utilized tools such as Active Directory, Exchange, Splunk, and other software resources to complete provisioning tasks. Stepan also performed daily monitoring of database automation and security to ensure a smooth transition of employee data and the IAM System. In 2022, they joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Cyber Security Analyst.

Stepan G. pursued their education from 2012 to 2016 at Southwest Career and Technical Academy, where they earned an Advanced Honors degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Following that, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Economics.
