LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner  

The Engineering group at LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for roadmap planning, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, performance analysis, release coordination, and user experience oversight for a single software development team.

You will collaborate with a diverse and talented cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the usability, security, scalability, and reliability of our software products. Your interactions will span across various departments, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, including Engineering, Security and Compliance, Product & UX teams in Hungary, Portugal, and the United States of America.

What does it take to work at LastPass?  

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software product management. 
• Experienced in decision-making and risk management while managing team priorities and backlog
• A record of success leading secure, high-visibility, technical projects that require cross-group collaboration and alignment from a distributed set of stakeholders.   
• Excellent communications skills and an ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with a focus on security, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Develop detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Plan product releases ensuring that updates are delivered promptly and efficiently.
• Address security, production, and technical issues to refine the product.
• Passion for working with internal customers and stakeholders, understand their needs and handle expectations properly
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, with a focus on security product development.
• Experience in the development and operation of Software as a Service (SaaS) based architectures
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
• Experienced in decision-making and risk management while managing team priorities and backlog
