Erik Abretske is an experienced Technical Support Specialist with a diverse background in IT support and solutions. Currently serving in this role at both TBA and Launch F since October 2019, Erik has also been involved in pre-sales technical support at Tech Data since September 2018 and has held a position as a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Specialist II at Ingram Micro since March 2015, where responsibilities included serving as the Network Security Help Desk Champion. Previous experience includes functioning as a Field Service/NOC Technician at UsItek and as a Service Desk Analyst at Inergex. Erik's educational background includes a certificate from the Musician's Institute and graduation from Cheektowaga CHS.
