Lourdes C.

Lourdes C. has extensive work experience in the banking and financial sector. From 1986 to 1995, they worked at American Savings & Loan of Florida, starting as a bank teller and progressing to roles such as customer service representative, loan processor, and disbursement specialist. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a senior loan processor at New South Federal Savings Bank. In 1997, they became a senior loan processor at Meister Financial Group and later worked as a senior account manager at Direct Mortgage Partners, Inc. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a home equity specialist at Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union. Lourdes continued their career at Space Coast Credit Union from 2003 to 2018, where they held positions such as internal auditor and senior internal auditor. In 2018, they joined Launch Credit Union as a compliance officer, then became AVP Compliance and eventually VP Internal Audit.

Lourdes C. holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Lourdes also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Credit Union Internal Auditor from the Credit Union National Association (obtained in 2017) and as a Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (obtained in 2012).
