Carlos Gabriel Lang has extensive experience in site management and production within the chemical industry, serving as a Site Manager at Lawter since February 2011, overseeing an 80-member workforce and implementing key initiatives such as internal communications and training programs, as well as managing investments and leading continuous improvement through the 5S Program. Previously, Carlos held the Site Manager position at Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing quality, production, projects, and maintenance, and liaising with R&D, sales, purchasing, and logistics. Earlier in their career, Carlos worked as a Production and Logistic Manager at Akzo Nobel from 2003 to 2005, where the Santo Varao site achieved the highest production volume in Europe for resins used in inks and adhesives. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Total Quality Management and ISO Standards from UTN Concepcion del Uruguay, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Tecnologica Nacional.
