Catherine Danner is the Head Of Compliance and MLRO at Lazard. Prior to this role, Catherine held positions at companies such as J.P. Morgan, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. With a background in Investment Banking Compliance, Equity Capital Markets, and Advisory Compliance, Catherine has a strong foundation in the financial industry. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Northeastern University, a Master of Laws in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Strasbourg, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from NEOMA Business School.
