Randy Loughlin

Randy Loughlin, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Controller at LCRA, an electric and water utility in Central Texas, where responsibilities include overseeing all accounting functions such as General Accounting, Fuels/Energy Accounting, Payroll, and Financial Reporting. Prior to this role, Randy worked as an Assistant Controller, managing similar accounting areas, and as a Consultant for RGP, focusing on accounting advisory services and implementing new accounting standards for various industries. With extensive experience at Edison International, Randy held multiple managerial positions in Corporate Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis, where leadership involved overseeing general ledger governance, financial reporting, and SEC compliance. Randy holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Claremont Graduate University and a BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
