Joe Hill-Wilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational transformation. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Learn Amp since September 2016, Joe has played a pivotal role in developing the company's mission as a B Corp. Previous positions include a significant tenure at Ten Lifestyle Group, where Joe progressed from Lifestyle Manager to Director of Private Membership, focusing on strategy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes mentoring at The Amos Bursary, consulting at Thinking Partners, and a consultancy role at Be Street Smart. Joe holds a 2.1 degree in Drama and Sociology from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Acting from the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts.
