Shaun Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shaun began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at HM Revenue & Customs, where they worked until 2014. After that, they joined Sage and worked as a Technical Support representative from 2014 to 2017. Shaun then transitioned to User Acceptance Testing at Sage from 2015 to 2017. Following their time at Sage, Shaun worked at tombola as a Senior Test Analyst from 2017 to 2019. Shaun then joined Partnerize as a Test Engineer from 2019 to 2020, and later became a Senior Test Engineer at the same company from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Shaun is the Senior Automation Engineer at Learn Amp, a position they have held since March 2022.

Shaun Dixon attended Newcastle College from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Foundation Degree in Multimedia and Design. Apart from their formal education, Shaun also obtained several additional certifications. Shaun acquired the "Foundation in Software Testing" certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2018. Shaun also earned the "VishwaCTF'23" certification from the United Latino Students Association in February 2023. Additionally, Shaun has obtained several badges in various areas from Salesforce Trailhead, including Data Management, Data Modeling, Data Security, Formulas & Validations, and Salesforce Platform Basics.
