Steffanie Berkan

Steffanie Berkan is currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Leaseweb since January 2022, where responsibilities include coaching and advising leadership, recruiting, change management, employee development, and implementing HR measures. Steffanie also manages onboarding and offboarding processes, oversees employer branding, prepares payroll, and maintains employee satisfaction and HR data within the HR software. Prior to Leaseweb, Steffanie worked at Albemarle Germany GmbH from April 2012 to December 2020 in roles related to laboratory management assistance and temporary HR consultancy. Steffanie's career began at Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG, where a position as an executive assistant was held from April 1999 to December 2008. Educationally, Steffanie Berkan graduated from a vocational school for foreign language correspondence, obtaining a degree in foreign language correspondence with proficiency in English, French, Spanish, as well as politics and economics.
