Anna Armstrong

Anna Armstrong is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at the University of Surrey since January 2022, Anna previously held the role of Associate HR Business Partner at Activate Learning from April 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included acting as the main HR contact for a client group, coaching managers, and guiding on best practices. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Guildford College Group, progressing from HR Assistant to HR Business Partner, specializing in complex employee relations issues. Anna holds a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate Diploma from Kingston University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in PR & Communication from Solent University.
