Dominic Green

Dominic Green has over 18 years of work experience in the technology industry. Dominic is currently the Head of Engineering at Ledger, having joined the company in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avant Arte from 2021 to 2022, where they played a key role in growing the technical team and transforming the organization into a product and engineering-focused company.

Before Avant Arte, Dominic held the position of Head of Technology at notonthehighstreet from 2019 to 2021. Dominic was responsible for leading the technology team and overseeing key projects during their tenure.

From 2015 to 2019, Dominic worked at ASOS.com as the Principal of Engineering. Dominic played a crucial role in expanding the front-end engineering competency and leading multiple autonomous engineering teams.

Dominic's career also includes experience as the Head of Development at Hugo & Cat from 2013 to 2015, where they worked with clients like Sony and Royal Mail. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Software Developer at First Clarity from 2010 to 2013, where they led the front-end team and focused on utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Dominic began their career as a Web Developer at Extra Digital in 2006, where they developed client websites and worked on graphic and design projects. Dominic also worked as a Freelance Developer and Consultant from 2004 to 2006, collaborating directly with clients to create customized web solutions.

Throughout their career, Dominic has built a strong background in front-end development, technical leadership, and team management, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering impactful projects.

Dominic Green attended the University of Kent from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Computer Science. In 2013, they obtained certification as a Sitecore Certified IT Professional from Sitecore.
