Jayne Behal

Jayne Behal has over 30 years of work experience in finance and auditing. Jayne began their career as an Auditor at McGladrey and Pullen in 1986 and worked there until 1988. Jayne then joined Lee Enterprises as an Assistant Controller from 1988 to 1990, and later became the Controller from 1990 to 1996. At Lee Enterprises, they also served as the CFO Publishing from 1996 to 2019, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, training, and financial reporting. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Director of Internal Audit, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Jayne has shown strong leadership skills and has successfully supervised teams.

Jayne Behal attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1979 to 1981, studying Accounting. Jayne then transferred to St. Ambrose University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from 1981 to 1983.
