Julie Spicher is currently the Head of People & Culture at Leep Utilities, where Julie manages a HR Administrator and Recruitment Partner. Prior to this role, Julie worked at ResponseTap as a People & Talent Advisor, focusing on engagement, HR processes, systems, data analytics, and employee relations. Previously, Julie held positions at Marks and Spencer and Honda Motor Europe Ltd, gaining experience in HR administration, talent management, and data integration projects. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has a strong background in HR strategy, employee engagement, and process improvement.
Leep Utilities
Leep Utilities hold an Independent Distribution Network Operator Licence (IDNO) which allows us to adopt and operate new and existing electricity networks in return for an Asset Value Payment made to the ICP or Developer. We also hold Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) licence which allows for the adoption of Gas Networks. Alongside this, Leep have significant experience of operating water and waste water networks, with more than 25 sites across the UK. This breadth of expertise allows Leep to offer a true multi-utility adoption offering, providing straightforward connections throughout the UK.
