Vicky Bell has extensive experience in the utility industry, with a background in regulation, compliance, project management, operational excellence, and customer service. They have held various management roles at E.ON, where they focused on improving customer metrics and performance, as well as building a customer-centric culture. Vicky also worked at Enzen Global Limited as a Senior Consultant, where they managed various initiatives including business transformation and quality management systems. Currently, Vicky serves as the Head of Regulation & Compliance at Leep Utilities, where they continue to use their expertise to ensure high standards of delivery.
Leep Utilities
Leep Utilities hold an Independent Distribution Network Operator Licence (IDNO) which allows us to adopt and operate new and existing electricity networks in return for an Asset Value Payment made to the ICP or Developer. We also hold Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) licence which allows for the adoption of Gas Networks. Alongside this, Leep have significant experience of operating water and waste water networks, with more than 25 sites across the UK. This breadth of expertise allows Leep to offer a true multi-utility adoption offering, providing straightforward connections throughout the UK.
