Dwight Ho-Sang

Dwight Ho-Sang is an experienced education leader currently serving as Chief Schools Officer at Legacy Early College since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dwight held the position of Senior Partnerships Manager at Subject from June 2022 to May 2023, focusing on developing and managing business relationships. Dwight’s extensive background in education includes significant tenure at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, where roles ranged from Deputy Head of Schools to Founding Principal of KIPP Woodson Park Academy, as well as Principal of KIPP WAYS Academy. Earlier experience also includes serving as School Principal of KIPP Memphis Collegiate Middle School and various teaching positions within Atlanta Public Schools. Dwight’s educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College, a Master of Science in Urban Teacher Leadership from Georgia State University, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
